The group is a chance for residents and agencies to work together, share information and formulate actions to address community safety issues in St Paul's.
It is an excellent opportunity for residents to shape provision in their area, ensuring that community priorities are at the foremost of community safety work.
The group meets every first Monday of the month, (apart from August) at the Learning Centre (Grosvenor Road) from 6-8pm.
You don't have to stay for the whole meeting and if you cant make it someone can raise your concerns on your behalf.
As sensitive matters are sometimes discussed at meetings minutes are not published

Police updates:
1) Police have relentlessly continued activity in Brighton Street targeting street dealers, with regular searches of suspected dealers and area searches which have revealed hidden stashes of class A drugs:-
On 24 August police targeted street level dealers in Ashley Road, where a male was arrested for possession with intent to supply, found holding approximately 30 wraps of Class A drugs. He has been remanded in custody and is awaiting trial.
On 10 September police were again searching in Argyle Road and approximately 10 wraps of Class A drugs were found hidden away and recovered.
On 16 September police attended Argyle Road and recovered 50 more wraps of believed Class A drugs as well as a substantial quantity of uncut Class A.
Police have led an initiative to survey hotspot areas within St Pauls, with a view to the permanent siting of two new cameras to enhance the BCC CCTV network. One of the areas surveyed was Argyle Road junction with Brighton Street, and this location is the most likely to be used.
Police have received ongoing complaints about two dogs that are apparently encouraged to attack cats :-
This has been recorded by the police as an incident, but is not a criminal offence, and by the local council dog warden as a dangerous dog incident; they will prosecute and deal with this type of incident, and police are working with the wardens to gather evidence.
Investigation so far has not been able to identify the owner or an address for the animals and we encourage anyone who believes that they know these animals to come forward with this information. It is believed that the dogs live in the near vicinity of Mina Road Park, St Werburghs, and are described as brown and white and a mid brown all over. Police will deal with any dog that is reported to be a pitbull type dog, and it will be for the court to decide what will happen to these animals. Under certain conditions the courts allow the animal to be kept, but under strict restrictions.

The Police and Council react to logged calls reporting incidents – verbal complaints and residents petitions do not count. Lesson - we should report ALL incidents or NOTHING will happen.
Councillor Jon Rogers said: "It's a process of attrition or grinding down. It shouldn't be but you need to complain and keep complaining."
Report ALL incidents of antisocial behaviour (noise, litter, swearing, vagrants, dogs fouling) using the Council’s ASB phone number 0117-922-3838 or by e-mail to asb@bristol.gov.uk or using their on line form here.
Incidents of groups forming, public drinking, fighting and other criminal activity etc should be reported to the Police on 0845-456-7000 or 999.
